The VTRID Bylaws Amendment to Article 7, Section 1 has PASSED.
67% of eligible voters submitted ballots, all of which voted in favor of the amendment. This satisfies the 2/3 requirement to amend our bylaws.

Effective immediately, VTRID is required to hold only 1 membership meeting each year (more are optional). The newly adopted phrasing is:
Article 7, Section 1 – Meeting Schedule
VTRID shall hold an annual membership meeting.
VTRID may hold additional regular membership meetings if desired/warranted.
